My husband and I bought a Timberline Alpine trailer from Thomas RV. Ricky was so helpful and very upfront with us when we looked at it initially. He let us know exactly what needed to be fixed and made sure that it was. He worked hard to make sure that the finished product definitely lived up to our standards. If I could give Thomas RV 10 stars I would. They are a great group of people!!

I loved Thomas RV customer service.I was able to buy the Salem rv I wanted...Rick was so helpful in making it happen. He even took on consignment my wonderful fifth wheel, which sold quickly. I am very happy...THANK YOU RICK...and your friendly helpful staff!!!!!
